An exciting opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in Hampshire seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.
This highly reputable firm are searching for an Architectural Technologist that has a depth of experience working in education sector to join their team and work on large scale projects within the educational sector.
The successful Architectural Technologist will also have proven job running ability both in office and on site along with experience in detailing large complex buildings and producing comprehensive working drawings. You will need to have the ability to get stuck into projects independently and have demonstrated technical experience specifically within the RIBA stages 4-7.
Essential Requirements for candidates:
- Relevant Technical Qualification - Degree/HNC/HND
- 5+ years minimum post qualification UK experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Essential)
- Working knowledge of Sketchup
- Familiarity with Building Regs and construction working methods.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages.
- Proven ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience working on RIBA stages 4-7
