I am seeking a qualified Domestic Electrician to join my clients team for a kitchen and bathroom upgrade contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), rewiring, and remedial works to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in accordance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct rewiring and remedial works as required during kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and any necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Qualified Domestic Electrician with relevant certification and accreditation.
- Proven experience in conducting EICRs, rewiring, and remedial works in domestic settings.
- Thorough understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex electrical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
