I joined Conrad Consulting in July 2014 to develop the contract desk, having enjoyed a successful two years as a contract recruiter within the Oil & Gas industry.
I’ve been involved in sales and recruitment for the past five years, and have always maintained a personable approach. I’m a firm believer in going the extra mile for clients and candidates alike, which in turn develops a loyal relationship.
I also find it essential to understand the culture of my clients, as well as their business needs to match the career aspirations of my contractors and ensure their strengths suit the client. It allows me to build long-term collaborative relationships for everyone’s mutual benefit.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do, which is helped by a great team at Conrad, as well as a brilliant group of Contractors working for me and continually introducing me to their colleagues which always helps!
Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan and regularly watch the championships longest serving football team – Ipswich.
